We went to Puerto Rico for Memorial Day Weekend a few weeks a month ago and I must say that we all fell in love with the food there! The service was excellent, our ceviche was superb, our meals were great and our mojitos made with Pisco 100 (given to us by a beautiful couple who eat at the Ceviche House often) were out of this world! When searched Puerto Rico for restaurants just as good as Ceviche House and couldn't find one! We should have eaten there the entire week instead! When we return, we will eat there only! Thank you for wonderful food and service!

I just got home to buffalo NY last night. My wife and I ate in your restaurant twice our last two days in PR. We had never eaten Ceviche before and love it. I have been looking on the internet for a recipe like yours and have not been able to find one. If at all possible could you send us your recipe or direct us to a cook book. You should be very proud of your restaurant and everyone who works for you. Thanks you for the best food in PR. Dave Williams
